Our studio is focused on the next generation of design. For us, that means being relentlessly focused on the future. We work broadly across a large number of mediums, so we're looking to hire people who can help us expand our studio, culture, and skill set to be as diverse as possible.
Careers at our studio are an opportunity to practice design and code as a craft, develop products at the absolute edge of technical innovation, and influence product design as a whole.
How to apply
We have a small range of positions open. When applying, please include a link to your portfolio and a short note about yourself.
Strong applicants will have a portfolio showcasing digital products, physical products, apps, prototypes, or motion design. During interviews, we look for people who can articulate the ideas behind their work, and know where they’d like to take their career next!
It's a big plus if you also have a background in development, illustration, photography, or writing. While we appreciate expertise in marketing and communications, please know that web design and advertising campaigns are not relevant to the work at our studio.
Unless specified, all positions are full-time and on-site at our office in Brooklyn, New York and require authorization to work in the US.
Design directors at our studio help lead a single product or work stream. They support the creative directors by managing deliverables, working with clients, and mentoring junior designers.
The right person for this job is imaginative, craft oriented, and able to execute clear ideas in more than one discipline. This is a leadership role on challenging projects, and successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Designers at our studio are creative generalists that help develop ideas and interfaces for new products. They are able to work independently on major portions of a product, and will be working closely with clients and internal leadership.
Good candidates will have a strong background in graphic design, a strong understanding of interaction design, and should also have an interest in prototyping, motion design, photography, writing, or illustration.
Project Managers at our studio are master organizers of products, people, and time. They support our clients and internal team by making sure that the chaos created by challenging projects is focused into an actionable plan.
Good candidates will have had experience in a digital agency or technology company with a background in mobile, and should be excellent communicators, self-motivated, and have a passion for design and technology.
Life is more important than design, and it's way more important than a job. We like to make sure everyone is well paid, fully insured, and able to enjoy life outside the office.
